Murmur is another sculptural object from the early days of Submaterial when we were exploring natural forms and growth patterns expressed through a modern lens. Sold in sets of three – creating the effect of a small grove or stand, the large Murmur trees are great as a surface or floor display.
Each tree is handmade in our studio with bases in solid walnut and leaves in vegetable-tanned cowhide. Hardware stems have a sleek clear anodized aluminum finish.
