This mirror utilizes strong, regularly spaced columns to create a deliberate wooden latticework that simultaneously obscures and reveals the mirror below. The play of positive and negative space allows the mirror to remain a functional object while highlighting the interactions of the mirror’s strong lines, the thin solid wood system of frames that project slightly from each aperture, and the rich wooden surface.
A low profile yet dimensional design, Queue can be installed to striking effect in an entryway or at the end of a long hallway.
