Divvy Screens are elegant and airy room dividers that define your personal space without confining it. They also provide some acoustic separation due to the sound absorption of the wool felt or cork. Most of our products are made to order, therefore we offer returns or exchanges due to manufacturer’s defect only. Items must be returned in the original packaging and have no visible signs of wear or use. If you have a concern, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your product. Please retain the original packaging and wait for instructions from our sales team. Should a replacement product be required, an appropriate lead time will be quoted.
In the event we issue a refund, funds will go to the original payment method.
Sale items and custom products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Where are your products made?
Our products are made by real humans in the USA. Submaterial products are handcrafted in our Albuquerque, New Mexico design studio and manufacturing facility.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Ready-to-ship products will ship within 1-2 days of purchase. Lead times for custom products are usually 6-10 weeks from the time a deposit is made, depending on material availability and the scope of the project. We do our best to accommodate shorter or longer timelines. Please contact sales@submaterial to discuss project scheduling.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Submaterial is deeply thoughtful in the packing and shipping of our bespoke products. Should your product arrive damaged, please contact us within 1-3 business days of receipt. We offer returns or exchanges only for manufacturer defects. Please retain the original packaging and wait for instructions from our sales team.
